Schneeberg is one of the popular destinations in Germany, well known for its beautiful countryside and the quantity of cultural related attractions. It is a town in the Aue Schwarzenberg district of the free state of Saxony. Situated amidst the Ore Mountains, which is 4 kilometers from west of Aue and 17 kilometers from southeast of Zwickau, Schneeberg has attracted a cult following of people looking for something conspicuously original.
 
The free state of Saxony is a federal state of Germany. It has a land area of 18,413 square kilometers and a population of 4.3 million, the tenth largest in area and sixth-largest in population among Germany's sixteen states. Saxony has a long history as a duchy, and eventually as a kingdom.

Like some of its sister municipalities and towns in the Saxony, Schneeberg is blessed with beautiful surroundings and a unique natural setting.
