Muhldorf is a town located in Bavaria, Germany, and the capital of the district Muhldorf on the river Inn. It had a population of about 17,000 in 2002 and 17,776 on June 30th, 2005 in an area of 29.42 square kilometers with a population density of 613 people per square kilometers.
