Germany is one of the largest European economy and the third largest economy in the world in real terms, placed behind the United States and Japan, and fifth behind the United States, China, India and Japan counted by purchasing power parity.
 
Gelnhausen is a municipality in the German state of Hesse. Gelnhausen Population is 21,808 in 2004 and an area of 45.18 square kilometers. It was founded by Emperor Frederick Barbarossa in 1180. In the middle of the 19th century Gelnhausen had completely recovered. During this time the rubber industry had selected it as one of its centers in Germany causing an economical boom.
 
Still it has a medieval town center with its renowned cathedral which is both Romanesque and gothic. As a direct imperial palatinate Gelnhausen had a castle. It has been erected at the time of Gelnhausen's foundation south-east of the town on an isle in the Kinzig. Gelnhausen lies directly at the German auto route A66. There is a major railroad line between Frankfurt and Fulda as well. The local traffic from Frankfurt to Fulda or Wachtersbach stops in Gelnhausen. It is a city with endless recreational opportunities, rich history, and modern day luxuries.
