Crailsheim is a town in the German state of Baden-Wurttemberg, 32 kilometers east of Schwabisch Hall, 40 southwest of Ansbach in the Schwabisch Hall district .There are two Evangelical churches and a Roman Catholic church, and a handsome town hall, with a tower 67 meters high. The city has  a population of 32,344  in the year 2004. It also covers an area of 109.08 square kilometers. Crailsheim population density is 297 square kilometers with an elevation of 432 meters above sea level.

Baden-Wurttemberg is a state of the Federal Republic of Germany in the southwestern part of the country to the east of the Upper Rhine. It is third largest in both area and population among the country's sixteen states, with an area of 35,742 kilometers and 10.7 million inhabitants. The state capital is Stuttgart. The state borders on Switzerland to the south, on France to the west, and on the German states of Rhineland-Palatinate to northwest, Hesse to north and Bavaria to east. Its principal cities include Stuttgart, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Heidelberg, Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg, Ulm, Tübingen, Pforzheim and Reutlingen.

Crailsheim was incorporated as a town in 1338, successfully withstood a siege by the forces of several Swabian imperial cities in 1379 to 1380, a feat which is annually celebrated, passed later into the possession of the burgraves of Nuremberg, and came in 1791 to Prussia, in 1806 to Bavaria and 1810 to Wurttemberg. A major employer in the Crailsheim area is a subsidiary of the American concern  Procter & Gamble, also the German electronic giant Bosch has a plant in Crailsheim.

Crailsheim can also be considered as the preeminent, historical and potential tourism destination that enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers to become one of the most visited places.
