Beeskow is a town in Brandenburg, Germany, capital of the Oder-Spree district. It is situated on the river spree, 30 kilometers southwest of Frankfurt an der oder. Brandenburg is one of the Germany's sixteen Bundeslander. It lies in the east of the country as it is one of the new states created in 1990 upon the reunification of the former west Germany and east Germany. Its capital is Potsdam. Brandenburg surrounds but excludes the national capital Berlin.

Beeskow, due its various places of interest is one of the most visited places. It is also said the place of best geographical environment and can trace its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and gain enthusiasm in its natural beauty and populace.
