Mulheim

Mulheim an der Ruhr, also called City on the River is a city in North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany. It is located between Duisburg and Essen, bordering to the south of the City of Oberhausen and 30 kilometers to the north-east of Dusseldorf. It is home to many companies, especially in the food industry such as the ALDI, Albrecht and Dieter Sud Company and The Tengelmann Group. A number of research and scientific educational institutions are located in Muhlheim. It has an area of 91.26 kilometers with population of 169,905 in the year 2005.
 
Mulheim, justifiably so, enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers, and is one of the most visited place. It is also said the place of best geographical environment and can trace its origin back to prehistoric times.
