Naila is a German town located in the Frankenwald hills, in the Hof district of Bavaria. Positioned approximately 18 kilometers from the larger city of Hof, its population in 2005 was 8,410 inhabitants. The earliest documentation of Naila dates back in 1343. The first settlements in the area around Naila most likely happened between the 12th and 14th century. The village of Marxgrun was added to the municipal area of Naila in the year 1978. Every year, the three youth organizations of Naila, Tabula Rasa, catholic youth Naila and Bewegung-Kultur-Zeitgeist rejoice the Woodland-Openair at the Ludelbach-area.

Naila is definitely one of the popular tourist attractions in Germany. It is worth paying a visit while touring the country. This place leaves a pleasing and unforgettable memory and justifies the proud cultural tradition of Germany.
