Renningen (Baden-Wurttemberg)

Germany is located in Central Europe and it shares borders with Denmark in the North, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France in the West, Austria and Switzerland in the South and Poland and the Czech Republic in the East. The North Sea and the Baltic Sea represent additional National Borders in the North. The official language of Germany is German and Berlin is the capital. The climate is quite pleasant with almost all variety of seasonal flavors as temperate, marine, cool, cloudy, wet winters and summers, occasional warm, tropical foehn wind and high relative humidity.

Germany is divided into 16 states which are further subdivided into 439 districts and cities. Germany is one of the largest European economy and the third largest economy in the world in real terms, placed behind the United States and Japan, and fifth behind the United States, China, India and Japan counted by purchasing power parity.

Renningen is a municipality in the district of Boblingen, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. It is located 18 kilometers west of Stuttgart. Renningen lies west of Stuttgart, between Leonberg and Weil der Stadt on the fringes of the fertile plains of the Neckarland.  Renningen lies in an area which even in the Early Stone Age was heavily populated.

Renningen is economically dependent on the wider community, a big percentage of the workforce work outside the district, for example at DaimlerChrysler in Sindelfingen or in Stuttgart. However there are employment opportunities, for example through Pininfarina, who are involved in Formula 1 and in manufacture of sports cars. The closest major airport is 22 kilometers away, although in Malmsheim there is a military airfield with an adjacent glider airfield.

A city known for its historic myths and traditions, scenic beauty, cooperative people and luxurious hotels and cottages, Renningen is one of the favorite holiday destinations for most of the vacation lovers.
