Fladungen is a town in the district Rhon Grabfeld, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated in the Rhon Mountains, 20 kilometers west of Meiningen, and 33 kilometers east of Fulda. The Free State of Bavaria, with an area of 70,553 square kilometers and 12.4 million inhabitants, forms the southernmost state of today's Germany. Rhon-Grabfeld is a district in Bavaria, Germany. It is bounded by the districts of Hassberge, Schweinfurt and Bad Kissingen, and the states of Hesse and Thuringia.
