Dinklage is a town in the district of Vechta, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is located roughly 13 kilometers southwest of Vechta, and 45 kilometers north of Osnabruck. Lower Saxony is a state of the city Dinklage which rests in north-western Germany and is second in area and fourth in population amongst the country's sixteen Lander that is states of Germany. In rural areas Low German is still spoken, but the number of speakers is on its last legs.
