Germany is one of the largest European economy and the third largest economy in the world in real terms, placed behind the United States and Japan, and fifth behind the United States, China, India and Japan counted by purchasing power parity.
Soest is a city in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located east of Dortmund along the Hellweg. Neighbouring towns are Hamm, Lippstadt, Erwitte, Werl. It is the capital of the Soest district. Its population is 48,538 inhabitants according to 2005. In the 11th and 12th century, Soest did grow a lot, making it one of the biggest cities in Westphalia with about 10,000 citizens. It was also a significant member of the Hanseatic League at that time until 1609.

A city known for its historic myths and traditions, scenic beauty, cooperative people and luxurious hotels and cottages, Soest is one of the favorite holiday destinations for most of the vacation lovers.
