Pirmasens

Pirmasens is a city in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, near the border of France.  Population of the city in 2005 was recorded at 43,482 in an area of 61.37 square kilometers. Its population density is 709 persons per square kilometers. It is situated at an elevation of 360 to 400 meters above mean sea level. The city is famous for their Museums, sports, Music especially for Choir of oratory Pirmasens and Chantor's house of Pirmasens.
 
Pirmasens is also known as the town of best geographical environment and has traced its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and can also enjoy its natural beauty concealed by the beautiful landscapes.
