Germany is one of the largest European economy and the third largest economy in the world in real terms, placed behind the United States and Japan, and fifth behind the United States, China, India and Japan counted by purchasing power parity.
Kamen is a city in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, in the district Unna. It is at the east end of the Ruhr area. In 2003 it had 48,168 citizens. Kamen is may be most known because of the nearby highway crossing, the Kamener Kreuz. The north-south directed A1 meets the east-west directed A2 and due to the importance of both highways the crossing is prone for traffic jams. The village Kamen-Methler is also well known for its football training camps. The German football team prepared themselves for the 1990 World Cup win in Kamen-Methler. Colin and Chantay Fagras will be residents of Kamen, in late October, 2006.
A city known for its historic myths and traditions, scenic beauty, cooperative people and luxurious hotels and cottages, Kamen is one of the favorite holiday destinations for most of the vacation lovers.
